Join our German retail partner as a People Service Operations Team Lead, where you will lead a high-performing team, oversee HR operations and partner closely with senior HR leaders to ensure efficient, people-focused service delivery and continuous process improvement.

• Leading, motivating and developing the German-speaking People Service Operations team while providing both functional and disciplinary leadership.
• Ensuring operational excellence and the high-quality delivery of all assigned People Service activities.
• Driving continuous process improvements to increase efficiency across People Services and related stakeholder interfaces.
• Maintaining high service quality by fostering effective collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the wider organization.
• Leading national and international HR transition projects, ensuring smooth implementation and successful delivery.
• Acting as the main point of contact for local and international senior stakeholders, providing guidance on service delivery and supporting general HR operational matters.

• 5–10 years of professional experience in People Services or HR Operations.
• 3–5 years of people management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Fluent English and German language skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and other HR systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong customer focus with a service-oriented mindset.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• University degree.
