Alpha FMC is a leading global financial services consultancy opening its central Global Business Services (GBS) hub in Budapest. We are looking for an experienced, proactive Talent Management Specialist to join the regional People team, taking ownership of employee relations, performance management, and overall talent processes across European operations.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Performance Management: Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, supporting managers and employees with goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Employee Relations (ER): Manage disciplinary and grievance cases end-to-end, conducting investigations and documentation in compliance with Hungarian labor law and internal policies.
- Internal Mobility: Coordinate internal transfers, team changes, secondments, and international relocations.
- Absence & Wellbeing: Monitor attendance, manage return-to-work processes, and support employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers on employee support cases and policy enforcement.
- At least 4 years of direct experience in Talent Management or HR Generalist roles.
- Proven track record in managing Employee Relations (ER) cases end-to-end.
- Strong working knowledge of Hungarian employment law and HR best practices.
- Professional working proficiency in both English AND Hungarian.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills within a matrixed organization.
Nice to Have:
- Experience within a management consulting environment.
- Working knowledge of other European labor laws (e.g., Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg).
- Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
- Professional proficiency in German.
- HR certification (CIPD Level 5, SHRM, or equivalent).
