Sourcing Strategy: Drive the strategic purchasing process, including the identification and qualification of new suppliers.

Risk Mitigation: Implement sourcing policies such as dual-sourcing for key ingredients and packaging to ensure business continuity.

Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels and minimize waste to directly support efficient production cycles.

2. Supplier Development & Contract Management (Core Focus)
Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to secure the best commercial terms while maintaining high quality.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key suppliers to foster innovation.

Global Alignment: Partner with our international group-level purchasing teams to implement global best practices and procurement standards.

3. Quality & Risk Management
Compliance: Work in close cooperation with the Quality team to ensure all suppliers meet our strict defined safety and quality standards.

Contingency Planning: Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, creating robust plans to handle potential market disruptions.

4. Process Optimization
Efficiency: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance quality across the entire local supply chain.

Reporting: Drive operational excellence through data-driven purchasing decisions and regular performance tracking.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Proven experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management, ideally within the food or FMCG industry.

• Strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset regarding supplier qualification.

• Experience in managing small teams and a willingness to be "hands-on" in operative tasks.

• Fluency in English and Hungarian is essential for local and European coordination.

• Solid understanding of quality standards and risk management within a manufacturing environment.
