Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionAP Management: Oversee the full Accounts Payable cycle, ensuring accuracy in invoice processing and providing mentorship to junior team members.
Process Optimization: Take ownership of documenting, testing, and continuously improving AP workflows.
Vendor Relations: Manage supplier reconciliations, resolve discrepancies independently, and handle payment reminders or complaints professionally.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchasing, Logistics, and Controlling departments to streamline data flow and resolve operational issues.
General Ledger & Reporting: Maintain SAP master data, perform GL settlements, and play an active role in monthly/annual closings.
Audit Support: Actively participate in financial and tax audits, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
Elvárások / Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable.
Confident, communicative English skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
High precision, "out-of-the-box" thinking, and a results-oriented, proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
Background in the manufacturing industry.
Certified Accountant qualification.
