We are currently looking for a strategic-thinking professional to join their Budapest-based sales team to drive portfolio expansion.
Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionAs a Sales Manager, you will not be selling "off-the-shelf" products, but rather complex, tailored services. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle (hunter role) for major corporate clients. Your main tasks include:
Active Business Development: Identifying and reaching out to potential multinational and large-scale manufacturing partners through cold calling and networking.
Tender Management: Leading the end-to-end process of complex tenders, from initial contact to professional presentations and contract signing.
Solution Design: Understanding client needs (canteens, bistros, buffets) and working closely with the operations team to create personalized service packages.
Financial Planning: Preparing business plans, P&L calculations, and complex price offers in Excel to ensure project profitability.
Stakeholder Management: Representing the company at a high level in front of HR Directors, Procurement Directors, and C-level executives.
International Collaboration: Cooperating with regional teams in the Czech Republic and Romania.
Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience, specifically in B2B service sales, corporate sales, or hospitality sales (e.g., hotel chains).
Education: Completed University or College degree, preferably in Economics, International Trade, or Hospitality Management.
Language Skills: Fluent, professional English (written and oral) with the ability to argue, negotiate, and present. German knowledge is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to process and present complex data.
Competencies: Strong "Hunter" attitude with excellent networking and listening skills; ability to work independently while being a stable, long-term team player.
Mobility: Valid "B" category driver's license and willingness to travel countrywide (2-3 days a week on average).
