Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionValuation & Data Execution: Oversee and execute data collection and valuation workflows for private placements, mortgages, and various other financial instruments.
Process Optimization: Maintain and enhance pricing and valuation methodologies to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and internal policies.
Analysis & System Testing: Conduct comprehensive business and data analysis to define technical requirements and perform user testing, driving the modernization of team tools and supporting change initiatives.
Model Review: Perform regular, structured reviews of existing valuation models to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Incident Management: Investigate operational incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, implement short-term or structural solutions, and manage communication with clients and senior management.
Audit Compliance: Actively support both internal and external periodic audit procedures.
Education: An academic degree in Finance, Economics, Econometrics, or another highly quantitative discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of professional track record in asset valuation (open to junior, medior and senior candidates)
Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of financial instruments, with specific expertise in mortgages, fixed income, OTC derivatives, and illiquid assets.
Software Skills: Highly proficient in standard business applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Industry Experience: Proven experience within the financial sector, specifically in executing, optimizing, and overseeing data workflows, data quality, and data governance.
Languages: Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
Technical Proficiencies: Strong skills in financial modeling and programming (VBA and/or Python) are required; proficiency in SQL is considered a distinct advantage.
