Our partner is a globally renowned multinational conglomerate and a premier provider in the IT Infrastructure Services (IT IS) sector. As one of the largest and longest-established business support hubs in Budapest, they offer a mature and highly diverse multinational environment with professionals representing nearly 100 different nationalities. To support their sophisticated, international operations across sectors such as manufacturing, banking, and retail, they are looking for a Polish-speaking IT Service Desk Analyst.
This position operates within a structured, rotational schedule tailored to business needs (covering varying standard business hours and afternoon patterns depending on the specific project, such as 16/5, 10/5, or 15/7 schedules starting between 07:00 and 14:00). The role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days of Home Office per week, based in a modern office park in Budapest (District 11).
Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionIT Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical IT issues while managing diverse end-user krequests and queries.
Multi-Channel Remote Support: Provide top-tier technical assistance through multiple support channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
Premium Client Care: Utilize your specialized language skills to deliver high-quality, customized support for premium business clients.
Experience: Minimum 3 months of proven experience in a Service Desk Analyst (SDA) or Customer Support role is strictly required (please note: hospitality or receptionist roles do not qualify as relevant experience).
Language Skills (Polish): Near-native or business-level fluency (C1 level) in Polish, as this will be your primary working and support language.
Language Skills (English): Good communication proficiency (B2 level) in English for internal training, interviews, and global corporate communication.
Technical Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365 environments, and basic network troubleshooting concepts.
Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, client-oriented mindset, and the ability to explain technical solutions efficiently.
Education: Minimum of a secondary school diploma is required; a college or university degree is considered a distinct advantage.
Legal Status: Must currently possess valid documents authorizing legal employment in Hungary.
