Pozíció leírása / Job description- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients requiring assistance with corporate IT systems and services.
- Provide remote technical troubleshooting and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Diagnose issues related to software applications, hardware, and general network connectivity to ensure quick and effective solutions.
- Take full ownership of incoming client requests, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions to maintain high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with higher-level support teams when complex technical escalation is required.
- Completed secondary education (a university degree is an advantage).
- Fluent Italian and a good command of English.
- Valid legal right to work in Hungary.
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week in rotating shifts.
- Previous experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Customer Support role is an advantage.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in Windows environments, Office 365, and general networking concepts.
