Our partner is a globally renowned multinational conglomerate and a leading service provider within the Business Process Services (BPS) sector. Operating one of the largest and most established corporate support hubs in Budapest, they offer a mature, highly sophisticated environment representing nearly 100 different nationalities. Working on long-term, stable accounts, their teams handle complex, end-to-end data portfolios for international clients. To support their expanding financial data and market intelligence streams across the EMEA and North American regions, they are currently looking for a Polish-speaking Junior Financial Analyst.
This position operates on a dependable, standard daytime schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. The role offers a balanced hybrid work model with 2 days of Home Office per week, based out of a modern, well-equipped office complex in South Budapest (District 11).

Market Analysis & Delivery: Review, analyze, and process financial reports from public and private industrial companies across the EMEA and North American markets to ensure accurate, real-time market data delivery through a specialized platform.
Data Unification: Collect, unify, and standardize financial data points extracted from company disclosures and accurately input them into the core system.
Financial Tagging: Execute precise tagging and indexing processes to categorize, structure, and organize complex financial information systematically.
Education: A background or academic qualification in a Finance, Economics, or business-related field is required.
Language Skills (Polish): Near-native or business-level fluency (C1 level) in Polish, as this will be your primary language for processing documents and data.
Language Skills (English): Good communication proficiency (B2 level) in English to confidently manage internal training, interviews, and global corporate collaboration.
Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity or previous experience with financial terminals (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters) is preferred but not mandatory.
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to organize complex data efficiently.
Education Level: Minimum of a secondary school diploma is required; a university or college degree is a distinct advantage.
Legal Status: Must currently hold valid documents authorizing legal employment in Hungary.
