We're looking for an expert in French to join their Payroll team in the 11st district of Budapest!

In this role, you will be the backbone of the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance at every step:
- End-to-End Payroll Administration: Manage data entry for recurring and one-time payments/deductions and perform extensive data analysis
- Legal & Compliance: Handle calculations for maternity, paternity, and sick leave, as well as court-ordered garnishments and terminations
- Process Improvement: Develop and maintain documentation, monitor legal changes, and test new payroll transactions
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for external payroll providers, HR, and project teams
- Problem Solving: Serve as an escalation point for daily operational issues, driving resolutions with IT and service providers
- Audits & Reporting: Support internal/external audits and prepare regular or ad hoc data reports
Elvárások / Requirements
- High proficiency in French
- Fluency in English is also must
- Experience in French payroll is a great advantage but not a must
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or HR
- Technical Skills: Excellent MS Excel skills and a good understanding of payroll’s impact on accounting/GL posting
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, ability to meet strict deadlines, and a customer-centric communication style
- Environment: Experience in an SSC or multinational environment is essential
