In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Accountant, gaining valuable experience while supporting the company's daily administrative and financial operations.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Managing day-to-day office administration, including handling correspondence, archiving documents, formatting company materials, and maintaining internal records.
- Processing and issuing both domestic and international invoices (in local and foreign currencies) using the Dimension accounting system.
- Updating and maintaining supplier and revenue invoice overviews in Excel.
- Processing bank statements, ensuring accurate postings, and preparing clearing transactions or offsets.
- Supporting inventory checks for assets, receivables, and payables, as well as compiling various statistical reports for internal and external use.
- Secondary education degree, preferably in economics or a related field.
- Communicative level of English, both written and spoken.
- Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and VAT principles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically with an intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
