Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionThe Inventory Performance Manager Adhesive EU is a senior Supply Chain role with top management high visibility (strategy) and operational collaboration (execution) that defines and drives the European inventory strategy across the 9 Strategic Business Units (SBUs) of Henkel Adhesives technologies (HAT), balancing service level and cost to serve.
The role leads inventory excellence through governance, KPIs, and performance management in line with Global Supply Chain best practices, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the Adhesive Operations Europe (AOE) organization, to achieve aligned inventory targets.
The dimension of the role is given by the direct steering of Cash net working capital (450MEUR), impact on turnover (3.5 BEUR x Year) and portfolio complexity of > 100.000 elements
