- Processing and understanding international customer inquiries
- Clarification and handling of commercial and technical issues with customers
- Preparation of quotations, order processing, and invoicing for spare parts and repairs
- Identification of spare parts using parts lists, circuit diagrams, and images
- Close collaboration with related departments, including Purchasing, Logistics, Customs, Export Control, Shipping, and other service departments
- Determination of repair prices and verification of material availability
- Consistent follow-up on orders, ensuring on-time delivery and invoicing
- Handling of export processes and procurement of documents
- Monitoring and managing the return of repair parts
- Support in process optimizations and adjustments
- Preparation of regular business situation reports
- Processing complaints and credit notes
Elvárások / Requirements
- University degree (preferably in business administration)
- Professional experience in order processing is an advantage
- Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
- Knowledge of Salesforce desirable
- Fluent English and Hunarian language skill
- Customer orientation and intercultural competence
- Participation in on-call duty
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
