Pozíció leírása / Job description
- Serve as the primary global contact for subsidiaries to manage repair activities and customer expectations
- Process international inquiries by resolving technical and commercial issues and identifying parts via technical diagrams
- Execute the full order lifecycle including quoting, material verification, invoicing, and consistent delivery follow-up
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and customs departments to manage export processes and documentation
- Oversee the end-to-end return and repair flow while processing customer complaints and credit notes
- Administer departmental workflows by managing Salesforce cases, shared mailboxes, and system access rights
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and service product development to enhance global customer satisfaction
- Lead internal projects focused on business process optimization, cost reduction, and new product integration
Elvárások / Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification (preferably supplemented by an additional technical qualification)
- Professional experience in order processing is an advantage
- Confident handling of SAP and MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce desirable
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skill
- Customer orientation, intercultural understanding, and strong communication skills
- Organizational talent, flexibility, resilience, and proactive working style
- Willingness to work in shifts and participate in on-call duty
