...- IFRS Proficiency: Deep knowledge of IFRS standards is essential for senior roles, particularly IFRS 3 (Acquisitions), IFRS 15 (Revenue), IFRS 16 (Leases), and IFRS 9 (Financial Instruments).
- Financial Control: Experience in maintaining a robust control environment, including balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and intercompany mismatch reporting.
- Statutory Compliance: Ability to manage audit deliverables (PBC) and coordinate with external tax advisors and local authorities.
- Consolidation: Experience in complex, multi-currency consolidations.
