- Professional support and development of test lab engineers and technicians
- Design and coordination of test procedures in the field of environmental simulation (temperature test, degree of protection, mechanical vibration, electrical and functional tests)
- Coordination, planning and development of test facilities and departments
- Technical support for testing procedures in the field of environmental simulation
- Coordination, scheduling and resource planning of internal and external orders
- Close cooperation with partner areas
- Bsc degree (electronics, mechatronics or other engineering)
- Experience as a test engineer or several years of test labor management
- Knowledge of environmental simulation and measurement tools and processes
- Fluency in English
- Confident knowledge of MS-Office + SAP
- Experience in project management
