As the leader of the AR&P Finance Manager operations, you will oversee the heartbeat of the daily financial activities of our client. You will manage the Invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Cash & Bank functions, ensuring their processes are not just compliant, but efficient and scalable.
Supervise and mentor a team handling AR, AP, and cash ledger operations, taking responsibility for their ongoing training and development.
Implement improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control, leading by example and taking hands-on ownership of issues when necessary.
Manage supplier invoice processing and payment schedules across multiple geographies to ensure timely payments. You will also oversee the employee expenses review and approval process in line with Group policies.
Oversee customer invoicing and review Kantata approval status reports. You will manage the credit control process to ensure timely collection and lead fortnightly Divisional AI and ADR meetings as an escalation point.
Ensure bank transactions are posted daily and reconciliations are prepared regularly. You will support short-term cash flow forecasting by providing insights on expected receipts and payments to the Treasury and Financial Control teams.
Build excellent relationships with clients and suppliers to resolve queries promptly, and collaborate with internal Business Partners and Heads of Commercial Excellence.

You have prior experience leading a strong Accounts Payable / Receivable team.
You possess first-class communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and lead.
You have business language fluency in English.
You have good Excel skills and an aptitude for maintaining accurate records and reports.
You are a team player who focuses on overall team achievement rather than just individual goals.
You have excellent organizational skills and can navigate a fast-paced international environment.
