Pozíció leírása / Job description- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable tasks including billing, invoice creation, and customer account reconciliations
- Execute cash collection activities and follow up on outstanding payments in French
- Prepare journal entries and post financial transaction data into SAP
- Resolve customer and third-party inquiries promptly and accurately
- Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to prevent processing errors
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update process manuals as needed
- Support ad-hoc client requests within agreed operational frameworks
- Fluent command of both French and English in written and spoken communication
- Proven background in Billing, Cash Collections, or Accounts Receivable
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage complex data and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
