Pozíció leírása / Job description- Support the transition of Order to Cash processes from European entities to Hungary and actively shape a new SSC in Budapest.
- Implement personalized follow-up strategies for clients in the AR portfolio including regular client follow up and root cause analyses of non-payment and register in ELOFICASH.
- Negotiate and monitor agreed payment schedules.
- Manage the dunning process and payment reminder follow up.
- Identify and mitigate the risk on non-payment.
- Manage disputes, including correction, cancellation, and CN issuance.
- Ensure that all steps of the recovery procedure have been carried out before the legal procedure.
- Validate customer accounts in the customer database.
- University degree
- Experience in Cash Collector role or Customer Service position
- Good understanding of the O2C process
- Strong customer orientation
- Transition experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of SAP Fi is a plus
