To support this exciting expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated Data Operations Analyst to join their newly forming team and play a key role in ensuring data integrity and operational resilience.
Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionDaily Data Management: Oversee and execute day-to-day investment data operations across multiple asset classes, with a strong focus on data quality, security master setups, and issuer/broker data.
Fund Activity Support: Manage the end-to-end processing of client and fund lifecycle events, including launches, closures, mergers, and restructures.
Issue Resolution: Monitor data quality daily, conduct root-cause analysis on master data exceptions, and implement effective corrective actions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary operational point of contact, liaising daily with portfolio management, technology, compliance, and external data vendors.
Process Optimization: Proactively identify vulnerabilities and drive process improvements to mitigate operational risks and boost efficiency.
Hands-on experience in data operations within the financial sector, specifically handling investment data, data quality, or onboarding processes.
A solid understanding of operational risk, regulatory requirements, and financial control frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in a relevant business or finance field.
Excellent written and verbal English skills, paired with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to build trust across global departments.
A proven track record of resolving complex data issues and implementing efficiency-boosting practices.
Advantage: Prior experience working with the Aladdin Security Master platform is highly preferred.
