We are looking for a Controlling Manager for the Hungarian subsidiary of our international partner. The manager will be responsible for coordinating a small team of controllers and making sure that reports and analysis task are done accurately and within the deadline.

- Acting as a Business Partner towards international partners
- Task distribution, deadline management, professional mentorship of team members
- Cost/Benefit analysis and cost management tasks
- Supporting the financial planning, business planning, forecasting and budgeting process
- Participating and supporting process improvement, automation and system implementation projects
- Keeping close contact with internal and international departments within the company
- Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting or other relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of corporate controlling
- At least 2 years of experience in a manager or leadership role
- Positive, can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- At least intermediate German preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player
- Experience with MS Office programs and ERP systems (preferably SAP or S/4 HANA)
- PowerBI / Tableau experience is a plus
