Pozíció leírása / Job description- manage high-priority accounts, lead regular debtor reviews with Sales and Account Management, and drive timely cash collection.
- serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customer payment issues, owning disputes from logging to resolution.
- conduct account reconciliations, clear unapplied cash and credit memos, assist with bad debt identification, and maintain accurate customer master data.
- eliminate bottlenecks, build SOPs, and analyse root-cause trends to improve overall billing accuracy.
- contribute to finance technology projects, system upgrades, and automation initiatives from rollout through testing and stabilization.
- work closely with Finance, Sales, Billing, and Customer Success teams to resolve underlying payment blockers and protect revenue.
- 3-5 years of experience in AR / OTC (collection, billing, cash application).
- university degree.
- fluent English language knowledge.
- advanced Excel knowledge.
- SAP/NetSuite experience is advantage.
- annual bonus, based on performance (equal to a 13th month’s payment).
