Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and process improvement? Our partner is looking for a dedicated Buying Invoice Reconciliation Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate invoice cost processing and resolving complex supplier disputes, directly supporting our procure-to-pay operations.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- act as the primary contact for invoice validation using SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring invoiced amounts align with purchase orders and goods receipts.
- calculate precise payment amounts when variances exceed established tolerances.
- prioritize invoice processing based on payment terms, due dates, and cash discount opportunities.
- analyze complex supplier disputes and recommend corrective actions to reach timely resolutions.
- serve as a key liaison between suppliers, Finance, Buying, Divisions, and Warehouses.
- identify, investigate, and escalate invoicing irregularities or trends to management.
- generate and analyze reports on pricing failures, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- support team development through knowledge sharing and cross-training initiatives.
- degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and strong data entry skills.
- experience with invoicing and SAP is highly preferred.
- strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and follow complex procedures.
