- Lead and develop a team of 10–15 (Senior) Accountants delivering AR services across Europe
- Manage day-to-day operations, plan team capacity, and ensure smooth workload distribution
- Actively participate in the transition of AR processes to Hungary and support the post-go-live phase
- Drive process improvements and take part in key projects, including automation and optimization
- Monitor performance, ensure compliance with service levels, and support month-end closings
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and provide excellent customer service
- Create a motivating team environment, coach team members, and lead by example
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- 2+ years in a leadership role, with a focus on team development and performance
- Strong knowledge of AR processes, with experience in process improvements
- Comfortable with SAP FI and Microsoft Office
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage change in a dynamic SSC environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
