Invoice Processing & Documentation
Own and monitor the dedicated team KPIs.
Match purchase orders and supporting documents to incoming invoices in the ERP system.
Identify and implement automation opportunities in invoice processing.
Prepare, update, and maintain portfolio-related and country-specific documentation.
Complete all AP core trainings and meet the agreed probation-end test targets.
Ensure vigilance in identifying and preventing fraudulent activities.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to emails and stakeholder calls within the agreed SLA.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by prioritizing their needs and expectations.
Organize and lead meetings (via Teams) to strengthen collaboration with peers and stakeholders.
Participate in stakeholder and month-end closing meetings, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Present project work and KPI results during quarterly Townhalls.
Team Support & Leadership
Act as a reliable support resource for the team in resolving account-related issues.
Serve as a backup for the Team Leader when needed.
Provide guidance, training, and coaching to junior peers to drive high-quality service.
Act as a role model, fostering a collaborative, positive, and productive work environment.
Process Improvement & Projects
Actively participate in and occasionally lead process improvement initiatives.
Drive and propose action plans to reduce cycle times across all metrics.
Lead large projects focused on enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Coordinate and plan resources to ensure project deadlines are met.
Produce comprehensive project documentation to ensure successful outcomes.
Contribute to control and monitoring processes by analyzing data, identifying recurring issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective action plans.
Comment on and present the monthly Project Review Pack to management.
Continuous Development & Operational Excellence
Collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders to achieve AP objectives.
Stay fully aligned with the Global AP Vision & Mission, contributing towards operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with yearly audit tasks and information security policies, reporting any potential or actual risks.
Elvárások / Requirements
Over 4 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable.
Holds a graduate degree in Economics, with additional studies in Finance and Accounting considered an asset.
Proficient in business systems such as SAP, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Skilled in prioritizing team workloads and driving efficiency in invoice processing, postings, and email management.
Committed to delivering excellent customer service with strong administrative and reporting capabilities.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy, supported by strong literacy, numeracy, and interpersonal skills.
Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships across teams and stakeholders.
Strong continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process efficiency and effectiveness.
Capable of clearly communicating the team’s purpose, illustrating how individual and collective contributions support organizational goals.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive “can-do” attitude with proven mentoring and training experience.
Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies.
Skilled presenter with the ability to deliver clear, engaging presentations.
Contributed to at least two major projects as an active project team member.
Knowledgeable in project initiation, change management, risk management, and overall project delivery principles.
Experienced in managing own workload while effectively coordinating tasks for others.
