Pozíció leírása / Job description- serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients and end-users, providing unparalleled support via phone and email.
- respond to inquiries in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- document all interactions in the CRM (Salesforce) and provide technical diagnostics to keep the machines running smoothly.
- dispatch replacement parts, hardware, and software updates with clear instructions.
- collaborate with internal teams to provide valuable feedback on hardware and software performance.
- master our product portfolio through hands-on 3D printing and continuous technical training.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or education/instructional roles.
- high school diploma or equivalent; a degree or technical background is a strong advantage.
- fluency in English and one of the following: Italian, German or French.
- strong problem-solving skills and a high level of empathy in communication.
- experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace is preferred.
- interest in 3D printing or technical hardware support.
- enjoy a hybrid schedule: 2 days / week (after the initial onboarding period).
