Our partner is a major Chinese automotive group, currently expanding its presence through regional import partners. To provide technical expertise for their operations in Hungary, they are looking for a Technical Support Engineer in Budapest.
Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionYour tasks will be:
- Providing technical support across the CEE region when they face difficulties with vehicle diagnostic errors.
- Investigating claims and deciding whether a fault is a manufacturing defect or the result of improper use.
- Monitoring regional legal changes and managing the technical documentation required for the market entry of new vehicle models.
- Design and deliver technical training to boost staff knowledge and sales.
- Develop standard processes for warranties, spare parts and quality inspections.
University degree in engineering.
- 5+ years automobile technical support work experience with proven track records in CEE.
- Have knowledge of CEE regional regulatory requirements on warranty, service pack and etc.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian.
- Strong and accurate technical assessment/judgement abilities.
- Logical thinking and strong capability of problem analysis.
- Strong communication skill.
