- Supplier component introduction process and release;
- Ensures early involvement from SQM and suppliers, guarantee the Maturity Evaluation availability;
- Ensures the Supplier Component Review execution and on time Sourcing Decision;
- Ensures quality status feedback to Project Team and guarantee in time release of new components;
- Guarantee hand-over from SQM CI to SQM SP;
- Components development and release;
- Maintain a Supplier Quality Management System;
- Assure measurements and activities to ensure the requested quality of the supplied parts and services;
- Quality targets and to optimize the efficiency of the purchasing, quality and logistic processes;
- Drives Supplier Improvement Programs, evaluation and audits, participate on Supplier visits abroad.
- Degree in engineering or other related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience at a manufacturing company
- Experience for supplier management
- Knowledge in supplier manufacturing processes
- Advanced level of English language
- User level knowledge on MS Office and SAP
- Knowledge on Quality standards and statistical methods (APQP, SPC, PPAP, MSA, 6Sigma, 8D, Ishikawa, basic
- quality tool and so on...)
