• Own and maintain the ISO 27001 ISMS framework, ensuring continuous improvement and readiness for external audits.
• Manage the corporate risk register, conducting regular risk assessments and reporting to senior leadership.
• Develop and enforce global information security policies and standards.

Strategic Leadership & Culture

• Design and deliver security awareness training programs to foster a security-conscious culture across the organization.
• Act as the primary advisor to the business on security matters, bridging the gap between technical risks and business impact.
• Manage client expectations regarding security assurance and oversee third-party vendor risk management.

Operational Oversight

• Provide high-level oversight for the incident management process, acting as an escalation point for critical security events.
• Collaborate with Legal and IT teams to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

• You have extensive experience in Information Security Management, ideally in a regulated industry (Financial Services is a plus).
• You hold advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Proven track record as an ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor.
• Strong experience in Risk Management frameworks and Business Continuity Planning.
• Business language fluency in English with exceptional communication skills to present to C-level executives.
