Pozíció leírása / Job description-Lead the HR service delivery for the SCE in the German region and provide a progressive and consistent employee experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Be a hands-on sparring partner and collaborate with local HR communities to ensure HR services, processes, and policies are continuously improved and implemented effectively across the Operating Business.
-Participate actively in HR projects as well as support in the further development of HR-relevant structures/processes.
-Engage in the implementation and harmonization of international HR Shared Services service standards, processes, policies together with other SCE Leads.
-Ensure a cost-efficient set-up of Recruiting, People and Employment as well as HR Administration services and monitor the stream’s performance indicators.
-Be the human leader that your team looks up to by managing, coaching, motivating and developing every team member.
Elvárások / Requirements-At least 7 years of profound experience in setting-up and running HR Shared Services with experience in managing teams with different backgrounds & professional orientations.
-Fluency in both German and English.
-College or university degree in business administration or comparable degree, ideally with a major in HR management.
-Experience in managing budgets.
-Proven global leadership experience in Human Resources.
-Eager to stay current with trends in HR SCE/SSC.
-Strong Leadership and change competencies.
-A continuous improvement mindset with focus on the betterment of your process stream and the team itself.
-Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
-Ability to coordinate internationally and/or culturally diverse teams and to benefit from diversity .
-Good negotiation skills, excellent communicator and networker.
