Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionProcess and Technology Improvement: Facilitate the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement new processes.
Project Leadership: Lead projects to integrate and maintain entitlement review processes with one or more Identity and Access Management products.
Organizational Skills: Manage multiple activities simultaneously, tracking and monitoring responses in a rigorous manner. Enforce adherence to detailed process and control requirements during entitlement reviews.
Communication: Interface with the user community to understand infrastructure and application functions that require entitlements and the roles and profiles that support them.
Business Consultation: Consult with and ensure that business owners and the user community understand and adhere to necessary procedures to maintain compliance and ensure the auditability of reviews.
Process Enhancement and Reporting: Review, recommend, and implement changes to procedures to enhance efficient processing while maintaining adherence to best practices, compliance, and regulatory needs. Provide management with status reports on assignments.
Relationship Management: Interact with and maintain effective relationships with clients and co-workers. Help develop documentation as new processes and procedures evolve.
Compliance Work: Effectively apply fundamental compliance concepts. Work on assignments of moderate scope and complexity with limited oversight and make recommendations for changes to procedures.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant business field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of related work history.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of entitlement review processes and concepts.
Operational Skills: Ability to ensure regulatory compliance, strong attention to detail, and a results-driven approach. Experience with common technology environments is also required.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work effectively in a team, adapt quickly to change, and learn new applications, environments, or processes is essential.
Risk & Technology Aptitude: An aptitude for learning and applying technology, along with some exposure to operational risk practices.
