Pozíció leírása / Job description- Perform movements in SAP S4/Hanna, including Goods Receipt-Inbound Deliveries and Goods Issue-Outbound Deliveries
- Collaborate with teams from Hungary and Spain, to ensure smooth logistics operation
- Utilize MS Excel and MS Outlook for daily tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
- 1-3 years of experience in handling administrative tasks
- Proficiency in English and Spanish at C1 level
- Vocational training in a relevant field
- Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA is a plus
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
