We are looking for a software engineer specialist in SAP, who together organizes all necessary engineering tasks and helps maximize the flow of value. As a software engineer, you will work shoulder to shoulder with other software engineers, like backend specialists, data scientists, domain experts, and frontline staff to shape the future of our company.

As an SAP Full Stack developer, your key result areas will be:
- making use of the right technology and governing architecture for products in line with the organizational objectives, ensuring that the right technologies are chosen to strike an optimal balance between achieving business goals, realizing functional and technical requirements, and managing technical debt, development costs, and continuity costs
- designing and implementing the overall architecture aligned with other optimizers for the product to deliver
- translating business needs into compelling products and delivering them to end users so that business value is created
- taking care of specification, design, engineering, testing, delivery, maintenance, monitoring, and support of digital products
- fostering a culture where state-of-the-art approaches, tooling, and technologies are applied as fits with the mission of the department, the KPI and desired business impact
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relevant fields (less important considering work experience)
- Exposure to SAP Gateway, SAP Fiori, and configuring and building custom OData services (experience with RAP is a plus).
- At least 4 years of experience as an SAPUI5 developer working within the SAPUI5 framework and SAP Fiori guidelines.
- Good knowledge of RICEFW objects and a deep focus on enhancement.
- Knowledge of code push-down techniques with HANA and S/4 HANA.
- ABAP on HANA exposure (CDS views, AMDP, Calculation Views, SQL SCRIPT).
- Experience in working with integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications using REST, SOAP, ALE/EDI, etc.
- Knowledge of writing clean and efficient code to optimize application performance.
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of developing and deploying in VS Code for front-end and Solution Manager for back-end developments.
- Great communication skills, both written and spoken (English), and a strong team spirit.
Nice to have:
- Experience with S/4 HANA brownfield conversion or greenfield implementation projects.
- Decent JavaScript experience (TypeScript is a plus).
- Experience with versioning and code reviews through GitHub, CI/CD, and GitHub Actions.
