Pozíció leírása / Job description

As a customer service representative you will be responsible for:
- managing end to end processes, seeing through whole procedures
- answering incoming calls or emails (depending on the profile of your future team)
- Cheking and correcting occuring mistakes during working out the different tasks
- Doing data modifications in contracts

Elvárások / Requirements

- Fluency in English and French
- Bachelor's degree
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in team
- Problem solving, result orientated personality
