Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Facilitate the smooth flow of cash into, out of:
  • Execute Payment runs (ACH, check) as per defined schedule
  • Execute off-cycle payments
  • Communicate with Treasury team, S2P organisation and RTR cash application
  • Handle queries received  in common mailbox
• Support the cash position, cash forecasting and global Inter-company netting processes
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, using LEAN and CI mindset
• Create, test and run reports to ensure that the department works in accordance with the compliance requirements and recognizes possible compliance failures
• Support aspects of external and internal audit
  • Ensure the filing and archiving of documents, in line with financial guidelines and legal requirements, to be able to trace back information and to comply with legal and audit requirements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in testing of automatic payments in cooperation with IT

Elvárások / Requirements

• College or university degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in either Corporate Treasury or Accounts Payable/Procurement, Cash application
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Critical thinking
• Innovative approach along with CI mindset
• Solid IT skills (MS Office); SAP is a definite advantage
• Fluency in English is a must; other language is an advantage
• Ability to adapt to and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment with conflicting and changing priorities and deadlines
• A self-starter with strong self-management and accountability,
• Able to work effectively with others; strong communication & influencing skills are required.
