Pozíció leírása / Job description

Your tasks will include:

- actively driving and participating in handover processes

- developing and sustaining business practices for all related payables procedures

- monitoring KPIs and targets, understanding the business needs of different partners

- proactively improving and undertaking effective business relationship with key vendors and business contacts

- providing constructive feedback to team members with a coaching attitude, making sure that team members can live up to their full potential

- ensuring the team's timely delivery so that tasks are completed efficiently to prevent any business interruption

- working closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent stakeholder management with a dedicated customer care mindset

You are going to supervise a team working in the Procure to Pay department of the company. Depending on the exact team, they may have the following responsibilities:

- PO and non-PO invoice processing

- GRIR reconciliation

- weekly payment runs and ad hoc manual payments according to DOA policy

- auditing T&E reports

- updating vendor master data

- developing and maintaining work instructions and SOX documentation

- participation in monthly, quarterly and yearly closings

Elvárások / Requirements

- experience in and understanding of the Procure to Pay field

- experience in full scale people management

- advanced written and spoken language skills in English, German is an advantage

- strong leadership skills, ability to coordinate, delegate and set common goals

- quality focus and great stakeholder management abilities
