Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • As a senior expert of the AP department, connects finance and procurement function to ensure high level of compliance applied in the Procure to Pay process. Build on the collaboration between Procurement Operation, Sourcing and Accounts Payable by analyzing financial and non-financial data accurately and take action to improve free cash flow and spending targets for MRO, Raw Materials and Logistics function. Continuously focus on contract to pay process improvement.
  • Monitor and communicate vendor invoicing discrepancies in comparison with pricing
  • Analyze and report extra costs based on invoicing history
  • Proactively reduce workflow cycle time through identifying prolonged handling at key participants
  • Prepare and maintain information package on vendor invoicing behavior
  • Collaborate with AP Team Leads on improving our KPI results such as “Paid on Time”, “Quality”. etc. Analyze driving factors and identify actions to achieve improvement.
  • Support payment term extention and cleanup efforts
  • Investigate Non-PO invoicing trends in order to identify opportunities to extend reasonable PO coverage.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Understanding high level end-to-end procurement processes 
  • End-to-end process knowledge of invoice processing 
  • Diverse reporting skills
  • Deep knowledge of SAP analytics and MS Excel
  • Excellent time management and priority skills
  • Oversee projects and achieve cost-effective results
