Who will be on this team?

You will manage multi-ledgers and keep key stakeholders informed of progress and queries.

You will be expected to work closely with the appropriate teams within finance centrally and in each country to deliver results on target; you will provide an efficient and accurate finance function.

Pozíció leírása / Job description


  • Bank postings and reconciliations
  • Responsible for the preparation of cash flow forecasting
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts for several business units
  • BS reconciliations
  • Maintain fixed assets register
  • Perform month-end and ad hoc journals
  • Variance analysis and written P&L commentary against budget and forecast
  • Participating in IC invoicing
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and interim P&L forecasting
  • Assisting with the annual budgeting process
  • Participate in the audits
  • Support Finance Manager with Ad Hoc projects and reporting
  • Provide Ad Hoc reports to Head of Business to support business decisions as required
  • Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist in other areas of finance: accounts receivable and accounts payable, credit control functions as and when required
  • Handling other areas of finance functions as and when required
  • Work on other tasks and ad-hoc projects with the AR team and the SSC leader
  • Support the business teamwork
  • Continually make recommendations for the development of the process by working in partnership with key stakeholders

We are looking for an experienced candidate, whose top personal skills look like:

Education & Professional Experience

  • Chartered Accountant and/or part qualified ACCA or CIMA
  • "speaking of the finance language"
  • 3-4 years experience in finance and in a fast-paced environment (Multinacional company /BSC/SSC)
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Knowledge of SAP B1 preferred
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Advanced level excel essential
