Pozíció leírása / Job description

As an Internal Control Analyst you will focus on supporting affiliates by maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance in access management. The Internal Controls Analyst is responsible for supporting the timely execution of mitigating controls and maintaining compliant access management through precise and quality maintenance of role access segregation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Perform internal controls analysis and quality overview on access requests including Segregation of Duties (SoD) check for EMEA users

  • Monitor issues related to SoD and follow up on Global SoD Dashboard and ensure the resolving of appearing compliance issues in strong collaboration with the SoD Champion

  • Provide preventive SoD review of accesses granted for affiliate users as part of role provisioning process

  • Create and run relevant ICFR reports

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement processes and projects 

  • Act as a first point of contact for key stakeholders, ensure collaborative relationship

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or IT-related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Science, etc.)

  • 0-2 years of SAP helpdesk or any financial accounting related (e.g: D2P, R2R) experience or internal auditor on internal controls

  • Fluency in English

  • Good end-user knowledge in ERP systems, SAP knowledge is a strong advantage

  • Excellent analytical, administrative & communication skills

  • Open mindset and customer focus

  • Being team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
