Pozíció leírása / Job description

Would you like to join an excellent team where you can part of the decision making process? You will be contributing to the attainment of the strategic objectives of the functional units and of the targeted financial and non-financial targets by using planning and controlling tools. Also, you will be responsible for improving the value creating capabilities and resource utilisation of the company.

- You will manage and develop planning and forecasting processes of HR Controlling activities, in order to provide timely value-added services on FTE and PTE at group level.
- You will set up, implement and roll out group standard processes and the related administrative systems, provide the operational conditions and ensure the integrity thereof.
- You will coordinate and supervise the preparation of FTE and PTE plans, reports and forecasts of the entire company and its Hungarian subsidies, in conformity with organisational performance management requirements in cooperation with Finance and HR Business Partners.
- You will assure proper integrity and granularity of business plans and reports.
- You will coordinate and supervise FTE and PTE planning process for entire company.
- You will transform HR Controlling activities into valuable internal service provision, with clients in every segment.
- You will manage and develop CAPEX reporting systems in order to comply with Group Functional management needs, and assure transparency at Group level, establish Stage Gate process as part of Functional CAPEX approval workflow.
- You will participate in group level projects to improve data quality and quality in reporting.

Elvárások / Requirements

- University/College degree in economic science or business administration, or finance
- Min 4 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent English knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of corporate and business processes
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- SAP R3 and BW knowledge
