Pozíció leírása / Job description

Would you like to join an excellent team where you can be the part of the decision making process? 

Your duties would be a coordination of fact reporting, planning and budgeting for over 40 countries, more than 100 companies to create a satisfactory business plan for ~26000 FTE, and PTE

You will get a chance to use your excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders from top management to expert level, from business and finance areas as well and ensure business continuity. 

This is also a great and challenging opportunity for you to develop your ideas and improve controlling processes.


  • You will manage and develop planning and forecasting processes of HR Controlling activities, in order to provide timely value-added services on FTE and PTE at group level.


  • You will set up, implement and roll out group standard processes and the related administrative systems, provide the operational conditions and ensure the integrity thereof.


  • You will coordinate and supervise the preparation of FTE and PTE plans, reports and forecasts of the entire Group in conformity with organisational performance management requirements in cooperation with Finance and HR Business Partners.


  • You will assure proper integrity and granularity of business plans and reports.


  • You will coordinate and supervise FTE and PTE planning process for entire company.


  • You will transform HR Controlling activities into valuable internal service provision, with clients in every segment.


  • You will participate in group level projects to improve data quality and quality in reporting.




Elvárások / Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective coordination skills with ability to fulfill stakeholder management related tasks
  • Being organised with the ability to successfully managing conflicting priorities


  • University/College degree in economic science or business administration, or finance
  • Min 5 years of controlling experience (advantage: experience in HR controlling)
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • SAP R3 and BW knowledge
