Pozíció leírása / Job description

One of your main focuses is reporting, as you are going to analyze and present the business plans and results to our regional management on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. This is a complex, process driven task that requires your ability to work with input from many different stakeholders across the globe, consolidate the information and make sure that management always gets the full picture.

Besides this you are also responsible for planning and driving the budgeting process with the Hungarian subsidiary's functional leaders, being the number one stakeholder in Finance responsible for the cost structure of the company. Our client is counting on your recommendations on profit management to deliver against target and on your ability to challenge the managers, provide comments on the data and present suggestions on corrective actions. It is an absolute must to develop great working relationship within the company, both locally and globally.

There is always room for improvement in the company, so you will also need to focus on identifying opportunities to leverage planning and reporting cycle efficiency during your daily work.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • University/college degree, specialized in business/finance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: bility to work with all levels of staff within the company and handle relationships with external parties
  • High proficiency in English
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in financial planning/controlling in the FMCG sector
  • Commercial acumen, result oriented mindset
  • Great analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Determined, empowered, flexible personality and drive to welcome new challenges an opportunities
  • Leadership ambition is a huge advantage
