Pozíció leírása / Job description

- You will accelerate the company's' paid user acquisition efforts
- You will have to help to scale up their efforts and make a sizeable impact on their growth story
- You'll use a wide range of paid User Acquisition channels like search, display and social, combined with on-point targeting and effective landing pages
- Everything to ensure that every single mobile developer in the world comes to know, experience and love building on the company
- Grow and optimize paid acquisition channels, including paid search, display and social
- Request, test and iterate new creatives to reach developers across all paid channels
- Build, run and optimize landing pages for specific markets and usecases together with internal and external domain experts (no coding or design skills are required)
- Be creative, experimental and have fun doing it
- Work together closely and help the VP of Marketing in every PPC related topic

Elvárások / Requirements

- Fluency in English
- University / College degree
- Over your career, you've profitably invested over 100K$ in paid user acquisition through social, search and/or display, or you were part of team doing it
- You have demonstrable experience in running A/B or multivariable tests to improve conversion of a user acquisition process
- You think in first principles and are driven to make growth happen
- You know how to self-prioritize, while at the same time not afraid to experiment
- You're analytical and communicate clearly
- Preferably coming from / knowing the IT industry

- Experience working with (ideally, marketing to) developers is an advantage
- Experience with complex, multi-channel funnels is an advantage
- Experience with bottom-up enterprise sales and account-based marketing is an advantage
