We are looking for an experienced DIGITAL EXPERIENCE MANAGER to join our international partner's Budapest team, which is a financial services company.

Actively participate and manage digital, direct sales and business transformation related regional, local project(s) with different levels of complexity
Manage and support Customer portal and digital channel performance,
Facilitate the ideation, design and implementation of product enhancements that solve our users’ problems in meaningful ways, weighing impact against business goals and technical feasibility
Engage and work closely with IT, product and development teams to help determine the best technical implementation methods, as well as reasonable development schedule
Identify and solve customer pain points, support and and follow up related bugfixes
Elvárások / Requirements
College/university degree (preferably economics, marketing and/or IT)
Professional experience within managing online platforms (for example client portals, e-commerce, webhop)
Project management experience is an asset
Advanced level of English (written & spoken) is must
Customer focus; knowledge and experience designing end to end customer experiences
Ability to successfully collaborate with product teams, IT or agile teams
Capability to work independently, proactivity
Adobe Experience platform knowledge is an advantage
