Aegon Global Technology Services (GTS) provides IT infrastructure and application support services to the Aegon businesses. GTS is responsible for the provision, support and ongoing maintenance of IT operating platforms, applications and services. There is also a strong connection with external providers necessitating vendor and service provider management. GTS is responsible for driving the technology strategy and providing IT infrastructure solutions that are in alignment with business objectives and the GTS technology strategy.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Write, edit, and implement communications collateral and serve as the technical authority on all internal marketing, (mass) communications, and branding initiatives
  • Manage and maintain corporate Intranet and corporate social platform, maintaining and writing of divisional contents, posting news communications, leading system updates/enhancements to meet emerging business needs
  • Update communication tools and resources, under supervision, to assure staff have the ability to create consistent and effective communications
  • Assist in writing all internal communication plans and deliverables to support the introduction
    of new programs and initiatives to engage and inform colleagues, change behavior where required, and drive business results
  • Plan and manage content and strategy for large-scale events, big program announcements
  • Manages the review and editorial process for employer branding marketing collateral aimed at
    creating a cohesive image and message.
  • Support and build surveys in relation to internal customer related content
  • Support and drive their internal social media channel (Yammer)
  • Support large events (both in-person and virtually)
  • Perform additional communication activities as needed

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree – English, Communications or Journalism 
  • Min. 3 years of experience in communications (preferably internal communication or related field)
  • Strong communication skills with excellent English writing and editing abilities
  • Experience would be preferred in managing internal digital media projects or live events
  • Proficiency in content management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to think and act proactively, suggesting solutions
  • Experience in the IT industry is also  an advantage
  • Highly Positive attitude, open mindset are a must
