Our partner services customers across a variety of markets such as optical displays, semiconductors, hard disk drives, cellular phones, automotive, medical and health care, electronics, housing and construction, metal processing, paper industries, alternative energies, and appliances. We are looking for a Purchaser for their team in Újhartyán.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

Contributing in SAP integration, ISO / IATF conversion, and in EMEA Procurement Standardization Project

Administrative tasks: RFQ, PR, PO creation, customs clearance, weekly, monthly reports, checking incoming invoices/delivery notes,

Ordering: packaging materials, other consumption, and any other production relevant materials

participating in cost-saving actions (transporting companies, material suppliers, service providers, etc.)

Communication with, but not limited to: suppliers, transporting companies, customers, Customs, etc.

Cooperation in Purchasing/logistics relevant topics: import, domestic distribution, INTRASTAT, and EKAER management

Act as an end-user in terms of ERP relevant purchasing/logistics process (SAP)

Metrics: purchasing costs, savings, rebates, extra costs, Operational metrics: P2P metrics, customer satisfaction, etc.

monitor and contribute to increasing the operational performance of SCM Dept.

manage the key supplier relationship

prepare documents and reports for negotiation and re-negotiation of contracts

Support SCM aspects of new business development

Alignment between the departments

participate and assist to inventory (monthly, quarterly, half-year, annual)

participating at clients and company meetings

support to Supply Chain Manager


Elvárások / Requirements

Intermediate English language skills (part of the interview is in English)

2-3 years of purchasing/logistics experience in the industrial field

Higher education

Computer user knowledge

SAP knowledge is an advantage
