We are looking for an enthousiastic Forwarding Manager in Pilisvörösvár! Our client, a global market leader in system logistics - thanks to a culture of cooperation and corporate policies focused on sustainable growth and constant innovation.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Responsible for the smooth running of the processes and the further development of the department: ( groupage operation, 42 FTE)
• Continuously monitor, analyze and improve the efficiency of the business in accordance with strategic goals
• Foresighted production- and resource planning (6 months)
• Ensuring that all relevant safety regulations are adhered to daily monitoring of performance, productivity and quality KPIs
• Hire, motivate, develop and retain employees
• Ensure excellent and efficient relationship with key clients, subcontractors, other department of the company to maintain and develop customer satisfaction
• Coordinating close cooperation within the international company network
• Advisory and decision support to the General Manager
• Coordinating the sales-related market research and tender preparation work of the forwarding area, and business development

Elvárások / Requirements

• BA or Master’s degree in Logistics, Economics or other related fields
• Min. 5 years of leadership experience gained in relevant field of expertise
• Strong market knowledge, live network connectivity in the industry
• Excellent English language skills
• A high level of negotiation skills and dedicated customer focus
