Pozíció leírása / Job description
- Providing technical support on managed infrastructure within the incident and change management processes according to ISO 20000
- Checking the interoperability of the environment (Storage, VMs, Databases, Applications, Network…)
- Taking part in complex operations, working with other teams both in-country and worldwide
- Escalating issues where required ensuring all relevant technical and management teams are aware to ensure timely resolution for both live and development issues
- Managing supplier activities (e.g. really driving/escalating 3rd party agents to dispatch and repair faults to meet our service level agreements)
- Ensuring technical knowledge is kept up to date within their area of specialism
- Providing process improvement input wherever possible
- Providing standby duty outside office hours

Professional skills:
In-depth knowledge of standards and technology trends in the Storage environment, particularly Dell EMC and/or NetApp, both in operational support and projects
Administrational/expert level of SAN/NAS knowledge
Knowledge in any of the following technology area: server virtualization based on Vmware, backup methodology, server management on Windows, Linux or Solaris hosts is an advantage
Experience in Network & Security (DNS, DHCP, proxy, firewalls, etc) is an advantage
Language skills:
English on a fluent level
