Pozíció leírása / Job description

-Prioritize the backlog of Loyalty solutions and capabilities, respond to changing priorities to ensure that the highest value business opportunities are delivered and captured.
-Act as subject matter expert with regards to site system business processes.
-Oversee vendor activities, develop change requests, support design, development, testing and deployment of new features and releases.

-Gain deep technical understanding of vendor systems to enable the complete configuration of loyalty schemes across Europe.
-Actively work with key vendors, partners and customers (POS / Terminal vendors, Loyalty partners and Branded Wholesalers) to ensure the seamless integration and adoption of new features into the retail market. 
-Support operational teams and helpdesk in daily operational process and incident management.
-Work with Procurement team to identify cost savings opportunities and provide input into commercial and negotiation strategies for the respective services.
- Ensure compliance with ExxonMobil and Industry loyalty and digital security & data privacy requirements. Develop and implement cost effective controls and fraud preventative measures.
-Develop relevant product metrics and business performance indicators to support business decisions.
- Define and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and manage the response in the event of critical incidents.
- Work with Marketing and loyalty partners to discuss, design, test and implement loyalty promotions across Europe. Provide KPI reporting to indicate the success of each promotion.
-Work as part of wider project teams for larger projects where loyalty may be included.

Elvárások / Requirements

-Master’s degree in Business Economics / STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) / Business Administration, or equivalent.
-High technical comfort level with systems and technology.
-Work experience as a product owner and/or expertise with loyalty & digital solutions, and vendor management experience are an advantage.
-Knowledge of agile product management practices.
-Ability to work remotely, be a self-starter and be able to adapt to dynamically changing business requirements and environment
-Good relationship management, communication and influencing / commercial acumen.
-Ability to prioritize and manage complex issues.
-Proficiency in English.
