Our client is a world leading multinational company which is looking for new members in IT Support Desktop Analyst positions.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

Scope of Position (i.e. projects involved with and role within group):

Responsible for the installation, repair and preventative maintenance of desktops technology and related IT systems
Performs all installations, upgrades and backups of S/W and H/W applications
Troubleshoots network problems
Responds to and resolves trouble tickets
Proposes and implements solutions to routine problems with direction from supervisor
Provide New Hire “On boarding” process and training
Provide information and guidance related to IT Procedures and guidelines
Work with a virtual Regional EMEA Field Services Team
Day to Day Responsibilities:

Acquisition, installation, maintenance and use of desktop technology
Respond to cases in specified support queues
Potential for some project work
Remote support for users and offices with no onsite IT personnel

Elvárások / Requirements

Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent apprenticeship in the field of IT
Minimum one year proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity on the second line of support
Advanced English knowledge
Operating system and application knowledge in the areas of Windows and Office suites
Hardware knowledge in the areas of Personal Computers and Printers
Preliminary knowledge of computer networks and network infrastructure
Experience in “Ticketing” systems and working within ticket priorities
Desired Skills:

General knowledge of computer networking
General knowledge of computer hardware and software
General knowledge of mobile technology
Experience of troubleshooting
Good Customer focus skills
Good Communication skills
Proactive
