Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Owning, driving, communicating, updating and proactively representing the company in all domains of activities
  • Helping the users with the establishment of Conferencing service connection and guide them on how to use the service via the usual
  • Responsible for delivering customer service
  • Handling customer queries via phone and e-mail system
  • Providing 1st line support for internal and external customers
  • Proactive software based monitoring alarm response
  • Provide process improvement input wherever possible
  • Working in shifts (3) in 7/24


Elvárások / Requirements


  • English on a fluent level
  • French, Italian, German OR Spanish on a conversational level is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of PC's and a Windows based system
  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
  • The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
  • Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
  • Good troubleshooting skill: able to define problems and offer valid resolution
  • Demonstrated willingness and aptitude to learn new technologies and participate in conferencing training issues
  • Ability to interface with Executive Leadership and Technical Staff
